Fumika Narutaki (鳴滝 史伽, Narutaki Fumika) is a character from the series Negima!: Magister Negi Magi by Ken Akamatsu and a protagonist in Kuro Arashi: The Black Storm. The 23rd student on the class 3-A roster, she is the younger sister of the Narutaki twins. She is almost the complete opposite of Fuka. Her hobby is cleaning, and while she goes along with Fuka's pranks, she constantly tries to tell her sister that they are bad ideas.

The twins claim to be undergoing ninjutsu training from their roommate Kaede Nagase, and are seen wearing ninja outfits during the "Kiss Negi" contest in Kyoto and afterwards when they wanted to play with Negi Springfield.

Powers and Abilities

• Ninjustu: Fumika does no possess true ninja-skills that have been shown, though it is said Kaede trains the twins. It is believed thait their ninjutsu is just for play.
